Each visit is shaped by what the site needs and what the family has asked for. Not a list of tasks — a considered act of attention.
Cleaning and tending the site
Stone is washed and cleaned of lichen, moss, and weathering. Grass around the plot is trimmed, weeds are removed from the base and surrounding ground.
No two plots are the same. Some need more care at the edges; some have older stone that asks for a lighter hand. We read each site and respond to what we find.
A presence when you cannot be there
Placing fresh flowers or a tribute candle is not a separate service. It is part of the same visit — the final step that makes the plot speak on the family's behalf.
We take note of what was placed and how the family wants the site to look. That continuity is what makes each visit feel like a continuation, not a reset.
Attention, not efficiency
We remember what each family has asked for. What was placed last time. How the stone sits. What matters to them about how the plot looks.
